HOW ARE ORDERS DELIVERED?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, including ‘Express’ orders, which are shipped via Australia Post Express service. International orders are shipped via Australia Post International service.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM?

If for any reason you’re not happy with the products you’ve purchased, you are welcome to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase. See our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy page for more info.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I’VE RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

You may exchange a gift for another item of the same value in our online store. Refunds are not available for gift returns. A proof of purchase is required, and items must be returned within 90 days and only if the product is unused. See our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy page for more info.
