Changes to Orders
Due to our fast dispatch processes, once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to make any changes or amendments. If you wish to make any additions, please place a separate additional order.
If you wish to return an item, please visit our Returns & Refunds page for more information. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason (or no reason) including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or product description, or an error in your order.

Cancellation of orders
Despite our best efforts, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. In which case we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. We reserve this right up until the items are delivered to you. If a cancellation occurs after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your account or financial institution, for the amount in question.
Payment of Orders
Payment must be made in the manner described on our website and must be received in full prior to dispatch of item(s) by us. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until payment has been received. There may be additional charges imposed by your credit card provider.
If your payment is not received or if your payment has been declined by your bank or credit card issuer, we cannot hold product against your order. You acknowledge that there will be sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the order amount, when making a purchase from our site. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before dispatching products. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon dispatch.
If you are ordering a gift for someone else, you may also include a personalised gift message. Simply type your message in the Gift Message field at checkout and it will be printed on a Tony & Munro card and inserted into your package.
We make our best efforts to have our products ‘in stock’, however, from time to time we may sell out. In which case we will aim to promote on our website where an item is ‘out of stock’. You will not be able to add an item to your ‘basket’ if an item is ‘out of stock’. If an item is out of stock an ‘Out of Stock’ message will also be displayed with that item.
However, in the event a product that you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you that we no longer have stock of the product you ordered. In which case we may offer you a refund or to replace the product you ordered with a similar product.
Other Things You Should Know
We aim to display our products using accurate images. At times, however, products delivered may differ in appearance and packaging from the images and photographs on our Website. Please note images displayed are of full-size product, not sample size and are for demonstration / display purposes only.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, including ‘Express’ orders, which are shipped via Australia Post Express service. International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express service. Please visit our Shipping Information page for more information.
By making an online purchase or setting up an account you accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge that:
- You are entering into a legal agreement with us; and
- If you are a company, you are authorised to bind the company to the terms of this agreement.
