SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Shipping Update 01/06/2022

We use Australia Post International to ship overseas. At this time we are only shipping to countries where shipping is taking less that 20 business days (4 weeks). However, please be aware that in some cases international shipping may still take up to 25 business days. Please view this Australia Post link for shipping information on international locations and global up-to-date international delivery information including timings.

We are unable to ship to all other countries at this time due to global flight cancellations and border closures. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused to our international customers and we hope to be able to offer international shipping again, to all countries, as soon as all flights and borders are open for business.

International purchases are exempt from Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

 

PACKING OPTIONS

We offer two packaging options for all online orders. With our Premium Packaging, your order is packed in a Tony & Munro gift box with our tissue paper and shipped in a white mailing box.

As a more environmentally friendly option you can also choose, to have your products delivered in just the white mailing box. Your products will be protected by the cardboard box and an eco-friendly filling.

Premium packaging costs $4.99 AUD. Eco-friendly packaging is free of charge.

Adding a gift message to your order, regardless of type of packaging chosen is also free of charge.

 

GIFTING

If you are ordering a gift for someone else, you may also include a personalised gift message. Simply type your message in the ‘Gift Message’ field at checkout and it will be printed on a Tony & Munro gift card and inserted into your package.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We are pleased to offer you two different ways to ship your orders.

Updated 01/06/2022 – Please be aware there are extended shipping delays to some domestic and international locations, that will impact the below delivery times. Domestic:

  • Standard (3-4 business days) = AU $7.99 | Free $100 and over*
  • Express (1-2 business days) = AU $12.99

*Free Standard shipping only for purchases $100 AUD and over

International:

  • Standard (12-25 days) = AU $16.99 | Free $120 and over*
  • Express (9-12 days) = AU $19.99

*Free Standard shipping only for purchases $120 AUD and over

International purchases are exempt from Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Standard: Australia Post

  • Metro: 3-4 business days
  • Regional: 4-8 business days
  • Remote / International: 12-25 days

Express: Australia Post

  • Regional: 2-4 business days

Once orders are placed, they cannot be edited, added to or cancelled.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday).

To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at the delivery address during business hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, you can select ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout and your parcel will be left at the delivery address, or you may select through the Australia Post delivery process to have it securely stored at your nearest Post Office for your collection.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, bad weather, or due to other delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control.

 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made unless you have selected ‘Authority to Leave’.

If you select ‘Authority to Leave’, you understand and agree that this gives us and/or Australia Post / our delivery service permission to leave your order unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature, confirming delivery at the delivery location. This may be as per your instructions.

In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us Authority to Leave, we and Australia Post / our delivery service are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability is transferred to you on delivery.

 

NEXT DAY DISPATCH

We are pleased to offer next day dispatch. Orders received before 12pm AEST on Monday to Friday are eligible for next day dispatch. Orders received after 12pm on Friday afternoon, over the weekend or on public holidays, will be packed and dispatched the next following business day. We will always try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however, we are not able to guarantee next day delivery. See Delivery Options above for standard delivery time-frames.

 

TRACKING 

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your order number and an Australia Post tracking number.

With your tracking number, you can track the progress of your order through to shipment. If you have any questions about your shipped order please contact us at hello@tonyandmunro.com and provide us with full details of your order including your contact details and our Customer Service team will assist you (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST).

 

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are unable to process split shipments within one order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@tonyandmunro.com and provide us with full details of your order including your contact details and our Customer Service team will assist you (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST). If you have not received your order within the times set out in the table above, please contact us and we will assist you.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International purchases are exempt from Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.

 

OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

We reserve the right to limit the provision and/or quantity of any feature or product to any person or geographic area accordingly.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping or packaging costs you incur at the time of purchase will not be included in returns, refunds and exchanges. Only the cost of products purchased, will be credited if a refund is approved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund.
