If for any reason you’re not happy with the products you’ve purchased, you are welcome to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase.
If your product arrives damaged through delivery, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We may ask you to provide photographs of the damage as evidence or so we can follow up with Australia Post or one of our delivery partners for compensation.
If your product arrives defective, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we can arrange a return and replacement of your item(s).
To complete your return, please remember to provide proof of purchase (your purchase confirmation email).
To Return an Item:
- Please contact our Customer Service team, within 30 days of your delivery, at [email protected] and provide us with full details of your order including, your order number, a copy of your purchase confirmation email, reason for return, your contact details and whether you require a refund, or an exchange for another product. We will be able to assist you (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST).
- We will email you a return form to include with your item(s) and advise you on next steps.
- Please include the return form with the item(s) you wish to return. If possible, please re-use the shipping box that your item(s) came in. A label will also be provided to you, with the return address, so you can print and attach to the return package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or processed into your nominated financial institution account, within 2-3 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund within 2-3 business days of refund notification, first contact your financial institution, before contacting us at [email protected].
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending return items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and provide us with full details of your order including your contact details and our Customer Service team will assist you (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST).
Other Things You Should Know
As a consumer you are entitled to the benefit of consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased under the Australian Consumer Law. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange.
Where an item is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law or and/or manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, and we may not provide a refund or exchange.
Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded and are in addition to this return policy. Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
We aim to display our products using accurate images. At times, however, products delivered may differ in appearance and packaging from the images and photographs on our Website.
