Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

If for any reason you’re not happy with the products you’ve purchased, you are welcome to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of receipt.

We also offer a free exchange on our BB Cream shades (within 30 days of receipt) if you have purchased the wrong shade. Simply contact our Customer Service team at hello@tonyandmunro.com to return the shade you bought and request an alternative shade and we’ll send you your preferred BB Cream.

*Offer is limited to one exchange per customer, per BB Cream product. Does not include the cost of return shipping.

If your product arrives damaged through delivery, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We may ask you to provide photographs of the damage as evidence, so we can follow up with Australia Post or one of our delivery partners.

If your product arrives defective, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we can arrange a return and replacement of your item(s).

To complete your return, please remember to provide proof of purchase (your purchase confirmation email).

 

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  • Please contact our Customer Service team, within 30 days of your delivery, at hello@tonyandmunro.com and provide us with full details of your order including, your order number, a copy of your purchase confirmation email, reason for return, your contact details and whether you require a refund, or an exchange for another product. We will be able to assist you (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST).

  • We will then advise you of the best process to follow to return your item(s).

  • If possible, please re-use the shipping box that your item(s) came in.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping or packaging costs you incur at the time of purchase will not be included in returns, refunds and exchanges. Only the cost of products purchased, will be credited if a refund is approved.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund.

  • Please ensure you request a tracking link when posting your item(s) back to us. Please email us evidence of the tracking link (i.e. photo of your postage sales receipt with tracking link or the tracking link itself).

  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending return items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your tracking link we will be able to action your refund. A credit will then be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or processed into your nominated financial institution account, within 2-3 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund within 2-3 business days of refund notification, first contact your financial institution, before contacting us at hello@tonyandmunro.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping or packaging costs you incur at the time of purchase will not be included in returns, refunds and exchanges. Only the cost of products purchased, will be credited if a refund is approved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We also offer a free exchange on our BB Cream shades (within 30 days of receipt) if you have purchased the wrong shade. If you need to exchange the item for the same item or another shade, please send us an email at hello@tonyandmunro.com and provide us with full details of your order including your contact details and our Customer Service team will assist you (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST) .

 

OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

As a consumer you are entitled to the benefit of consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased under the Australian Consumer Law. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange.

Where an item is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law or and/or manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, and we may not provide a refund or exchange.

Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded and are in addition to this return policy. Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection.

We aim to display our products using accurate images. At times, however, products delivered may differ in appearance and packaging from the images and photographs on our Website.
